Hi! I'm Sarah. 


I created this blog to write about the things that interest me, namely: yoga, fitness, nutrition, wellness, science and mental health issues.


I've always loved science and research... and looking at the healing power of yoga through this lens of scrutiny is something that has been incredibly rewarding. For me, it isn't enough to know that something works - why does it work? What is the science behind yoga, Ayurvedic medicine, and overall nutrition?

My philosophy? Question everything!

Part of this attitude comes from my desire to understand my own health issues. Having suffered from IBS for over ten years, I've personally witnessed the power the mind can exhibit over the body. I hope to help others find relief from their symptoms by sharing what I've learned in my own journey.

However, I don't claim to be a doctor or trained scientist. Everything I write is a result of my own research and experiences, and should be taken as such!


I started my yoga journey when I was 15, to find relief from my health issues. Now, I am enrolled in my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Sacred Rivers Yoga

Yoga has given me so much in my life, and I can't wait to share its incredibly healing properties (mental and physical) with others.


Another very important thing to mention about my life is that I have a rescue dog named Ivy, who is the sunshine of my life. 
She is the official mascot of this blog!
